Lately I’ve been enjoying sunflower seeds at work. The youth minister at work got me hooked on them. I mean, I have a nasty habit of sticking things in my mouth anyways, so this actually makes sense. Does oppo eat snacks throughout the day? If so, what?

I've tried but I'm unable to acquire a taste for jerky, :/.

Yea I go for the shelled ones. Every once and a while I’ll get seasoned ones, wasabi mostly.

Lance crackers, Nature Valley granola bars, various flavors of Triscuits, Kind bars (granola), whole milk protein shakes, peanuts, cashews, almonds. And then lunch rolls around...

Exactly :D I have a high metabolism, which is actually a PITA. Unless I eat a really heavy meal, I'm hungry every 1-2 hours. That's good for your blood sugar, though. But not very convenient to life.

They’re awesome but expensive, especially when I get plain almonds for free.

I cannot get through the day without snacks! Generally I always have a bag of pretzels, a jar of peanuts, a few granola bars, and some packs of gum in my desk. Today I have some goldfish and cupcakes as well. This is in addition to eating a full breakfast at 630am and lunch around 1pm every day. My metabolism just makes me hungry all the damn time. With all that, I am still starving for dinner by 6pm.

I think the problem is more the texture than the taste. Depending on the jerky, its like eating meat flavored bubble gum.

Oh yeah, I definitely spend more on food than I do on gas in a month. However, I cook all of my own food and rarely ever go out to eat so it makes living a little more affordable. I always buy the store brand snacks too at least so it isn’t too bad. My real problem is going on vacation when I cant cook, I end up easily spending like $500 in a week just on food.

Fruit snacks or wheat thins by the box. Used to do Cheez-Its or Goldfish by the package. Im trying to back off of cookies. I was doing pretty well, but fell off that bandwagon. Im working my way back though.
Im a man, and I have manly serving sizes.
I also have Granola Bar by the box.
It may be a problem.

I once had a waitress at a diner question if I could eat all of what I ordered. Once.

I go through one bottle (400 kcal) of Soylent at work each day, in addition to a full lunch.

My favorite is this place called Lucky 7 near me that sells these massive subs (more than a footlong with basically a pound of meat on it) and they always warn you that its a big sandwich and ask if I want the "half" size. I just laugh and then enjoy my 3000 calorie meal lol.

It’s a nutritionally complete meal replacement that comes in two different forms: a powder that you blend with water, or a liquid ready to drink in a bottle. The bottled kind tastes better and is more agreeable to my GI system, so I use that.
